hi i have a question my fiance got her interview yesterday and they want her to come back and have her final interview next week,,

we were very sad..my fiance was crying

the case was this:

1.)my fiance's sister has been married to a USC for 7 years..marriage was enter in good faith but things didnt work out,USC husband had secret affairs,at first the sister of my fiance tried to accept everything but he never changed which put the marriage on the rocks, since january of 2008 they have been living seperately, and in august of 2008 the husband filed for he divorce just after she got her citizenship, the divorce was final in january 2009,the sister of my fiance had found a new love also and since she was divorced already she filed a fiance petition to her boyfriend.

now at my fiance's interview the officer was accusing her that her sister's past marriage was fraud and she will do the same thing also.my fiance told the officer that's not true, her sister marriage was bonafide and real, they were really inlove 7 years ago and they tried everything to save the marriage but its not healthy for them anymore that's why the USC husband filed a divorce.and one more thing OURS hasnt anything to do with what happen to their lives.

we loved each other and we all have our proofs,,(Emails, calls, chat, multiple trips)

2.)second question was my employer, i have asked this question before already and i even frontload it in the application that i send.

in 2007 i was employed by my fiance's uncle.i have been working with him EVEN before i met my fiance which was in 2008,we were introduced online by her uncle who happens to be my employer,i have been visiting my fiance several times to be with her.now they were accusing her that everything was "planned".my fiance said no and she prove that our relationship was for real.she was even crying because she felt so hurt.how can they accused her such things like that when everything was for real???

they asked her to come again next week for her final interview.please help me what is the best hing to do?i feel sorry for my fiance that she experienced all of this.please advice us on what is the best thing to do.

thank you friends

There are alot of red flag in your case, her sister's relationship could have impacted the interview because they probably seen it happen, also your employor, usually if you work for the family causes a red flag also because like the VO said it could have been "planned", to prove to the Vo that your relationship is real, you should probably go, even though you cannot attend the interview, just go for support and tell your fiancee to let the VO know that you are there.....

A few things,

1) It sounds like the VO was trying to rattle your fiancee, past deeds of siblings have no barring on her case. Note if sister's case was fraud, USCIS would not have granted citizenship.

2) This can be a red-flag item, it should be brought up and indicated to USCIS when filing the I-129F, If USCIS approves, the VO usually cannot use it to deny.

Moving this to consulate/embassy forum.

Thank you my friends..

First of all there is no fraud here,my fiancé's sister's marriage was enter in good faith.I don't know why they are rattling my fiancé.the officer said they will do some verifications and ask her to come back again next week.

Also how can they accused her such things like that which are not true.according to my fiancé the officer was apologizing after asking question.my fiancé also ask the officer if what else can she bring with her for the next interview, the officer said all her papers are complete.

Can u give me some advice on what is best to do for the next interview?is this normal?what are they trying to rattle her?

I told my fiancé I can go anytime to support her,

you already presented them evidence that you have a bonafide relationship, maybe proofs that your fiance's sister marriage was enter in good faith would help, just maybe...

what kind of proofs?they're marriage certificate before?written affidavits?what else?please help me

[/

proofs of their 7 years relationship, pictures, joint accounts, basically proving that they got married in good faith, it's just that things didn't work out for them, because they are suspecting your application for visa because of what happened to her sister proving to them that her sister's marriage was not fraud could help your case

another idea if her interview will be on monday morning and you'll be arriving monday afternoon, maybe she could present your itinerary/flight schedule during the interview

i think i can do that..

what exactly do they mean when they say they will just need to verify..according to my fiance they did not give her any paper,,they just gave her the appointment date and the room #.

and also according to her at first the officer said it will take several months to review and they will just call her.but after waiting for 3hrs more she was called and said they will just need to do verifications and they asked her to come back monday morning at this room#. and when she asked if she still need to bring more documents, they told her that everything is complete and will just made verification.what is that?is that a good or bad sign??

I really can't tell, it's really up to the consul, just do whatever you can do to prove your relationship is real, hope for the best, goodluck and God bless

Sounds like you are both having a rough time of it.

Where is your fianceé having her interview? It might be helpful to get the opinions of those from that country.

Is there no other route you can take to get to your fianceé's country? Your presence could be a help.

I claim it in the name of the Empire
