just to clarify..... if one is using their assets as well as income, they are not eligiable to use the I-864EZ? and if they must use the old I-864, is it still true that they only have to submit the most recent year's income tax return and do not have to get the I-864 notarized??

just want to be sure.

Personally these newer versions came at the right time for me girl 37 just as I am about to send mine off to NH

Me too (well, not QUITE yet ), though my husband's already prepared the old one and it's still being accepted. I asked him to read over the EZ form and decide which one he wants to send.

abderrahim n tina: Sorry, I don't know what K-1s need to do. You should read the guides at the top of the page then post a question in the K-1 forum if you can't find an answer. (I don't think CR-1s need to fill in the I-134. )
