Case Completion with IV payment Issue

Hi

I paid my fees and it cleared from my bank account ,printed my receipt+cover sheet and 4 days later Online status said "Not paid".I have been calling NVC to have it fixed but they havent fixed it yet.I spoke to an operator today and she is like this problem doesnt slow down your case.So,Did any one had their case completed while IV was showing NOT PAID online???

Any suggestions who to have it fixed???

Mar 4,06 I-130 sent ,rcvd Mar 7,06

Oct 24,08 USC, called to Upgrade

Nov 1,08 Citizenship certificate sent

Jan 3,09 Case upgraded.

Jan 6,09 TOUCHED!!!

Feb 13,09 Approved : )

Feb 20,09 Case # assigned

Mar 2,09 bill paid online,DS-3032 emailed

Mar 4,09 NVC recvd fee

Mar 10,09 AOS sent

Mar 30,09 mailed DS-230

Apr 13,09 CASE COMPLETED(per operators)

Apr 20,09 FINAL REVIEW

Apr 21,09 CASE COMPLETED (per AVR)

Apr 23,09 called:INTERVIEW JUNE 24th

Jun 24,09 AP, 1-3 months

Calling DOS begins,here is what I was told

Jul 7,09 No info @ DOS

Jul 10,09 Case sent to DC-pending

Jul 17,09 Pending

Jul 24,09 Pending,you can call every day for update but the day they call him for passport it means something is up so you get to know it before we do

Jul 31,09 Pending AP

Aug 06,09 Call from USEM requesting to submit passport

Aug 07,09 Every thing looks very good,visa issuance is up to the consulate!!!

Aug 07,09 Passport submitted

Aug 07,09 USEM is requesting applicant's passport :)

Aug 17,09-call 1 Visa issued Aug 3rd,EM recvd passport on 10th but still havent returned it

Aug 17,09-call 2 Case pending some kind of processing (URGHHHHHHHHH NOT AGAIN)

Aug 18,09 call to pick up passport,picked up from AMEX

Sep 26,09 REUNION :)

Request to speak to a supervisor and have them review and correct it.

We are having the same problems....but I called and my IV bill payment is currently under review. Good Luck

The IV bill seems to be a Major issue lately

this is what i'm copying from another post...as you can see someone's case was complete and fee was still showing not paid, so i guess it's possible...not sure really... i think it's EricN who posted this so enter it into search...

USCIS Journey:

11/18/08: Mailed in I-130s

11/28/08: I-130s NOA-1 notice

12/11/08: Mailied in I-129f

12/17/08: I-129f NOA-1 notice

12/21/08: Touched both I-130 and I-129f (I-130 file combined with I-129f??)

01/12/09: Congressman appeals to USCIS for expedite.

01/17/09: USCIS denies request for expedite, stating case does not meet qualifying conditions.

02/24/09 I-130 and I-129f NOA2 Received (email notification) (NOA2 in 89 days!!) and 03/02/09 I-130s and I-129f NOA2 Hard Copy Received in Mail

NVC Journey:

03/03/2009: NVC Received/Case number assigned for I-130

03/06/2009: NVC Received I-129f / Case number assigned. Case Forwarded to US Embassy Manila.

03/11/2009: DS-3032/AOS Fee Bill Generateed (received via email); Emailed DS-3032; IIN# Assigned/Paid AOS Bill (online)

03/12/2009: AOS Fee shows "Paid" / Cover Sheet Available

03/16/2009: IV Fee Bill Generated (online)

03/17/2009: IV Fee Bill shows "Paid" / Cover Sheet Available

03/18/2009: AOS I-864 package received at NVC

03/23/2009: AOS I-864 pkg reviewed and approved at NVC

03/24/2009: IV DS-230 package received at NVC (also recieved an RFE for "not paying" IV Bill. Hello NVC!! It was paid already a week ago!! )

03/30/2009: (NVC CASE COMPLETE in 27 days!!); 4/2/09 NVC FINALLY verifies IV Fee has been paid!!!!!!

US Consulate Manila, Philippines

05/11/2009: K-3 Interview Scheduled (hoping to switch it to CR-1 interview!)

Dated since 2004, 10/22/2008 Married in NY, wife left the country, returns on 01/06/2009 as a visitor (granted stay until July 2009)

01/15/2009 Sent I-130 package for CR1 to Chicago Lock Box, 01/19/2009 USCIS Chicago received the application

01/26/2009 USCIS sent out NOA1, 01/28/2009 Moneygrams Order cashed

02/24/2009 Case is in Vermont Processing Center (told by the USCIS by calling the free phone line)

03/02/2009 NOA2 mailed, application approved!!!! (47 days since we mailed I-130 package)

03/05/2009 NVC Received Case / Case number assigned

03/12/2009 DS-3032 / AOS fee bill generated and e-mailed to us, 03/12/2009 I e-mailed and snail mailed DS-3032 and paid AOS fee bill online

03/18/2009 NVC received DS-3032 and it was entered into the system (I never received email confirmation)

03/20/2009 IV Bill generated and I paid online

03/30/2009 Sent I-864 package to NVC, 03/31/2009 Sent DS-230 package to NVC

04/01/2009 IV fee shows unpaid, 04/03/2009 documents are under review (confirmed by operator)

04/06/2009 IV Fee finally shows PAID, 04/07/2009 AVR system says that IV bill has been processed, "instruction package" received by email

04/08/2009 AVR system says "NVC received your documents on April 3...", our case is under review...

04/10/2009 RFE issued for DS-230 Part I, but AOS accepted

04/14/2009 found out the exact issue with DS-230 and sent the response using Chris Parker's RFE shortcut and later in the day received an email checklist for RFE

04/15/2009 RFE response arrived to the NVC facility, 04/20/2009 RFE response received by NVC

04/23/2009 CASE COMPLETED, 06/02/2009 VISA RECEIVED
