I received an email on June 21 telling me that the welcome letters were mailed on June 20.

From what I have heard, the Baltimore office can be very slow.

Does this mean we will only receive the welcome letter and the 2 year green cards may not be delivered for months? Are the letters to be used as supporting evidence so we will not have to refile for EAD's and Advance Parole in December?

:help:

I got the email directly from USCIS. Did the interviewing officer give you the I-551 stamp? I don't remember him stamping my wife's and stepson's passports. I need to check on it when I get home from work. I saw him removing the card that was stapled to ther passports at JFK airport which were probably temporary. This is all one big headache.
