I am stuck at NVC waiting for case complete. They screwed up our IV payment and said it was paid before we paid it, then said it was not paid, then paid....it has delayed us quite a bit... but hopefully we will have case complete this week and an interview date soon!!

yes it happened alot for the payment part but not as much as the journey through USCIS you almost there and inshaallah will be by this week

Thank you! You are right, inshallah. We are almost there and I think being so close and waiting for that last step is the hardest part. But I have faith in God that everything will be ok.

Guess its just me and you th3mo! They still have not given us a case complete yet. Blah. I called again yesterday and the operator told me they gave it to a supervisor to complete and that could take up to 5 days....really...come on please!!!

its sounds great Amanda yes give them couple of days and it will be completed call tonight and see if changes to final review and then it would be like one more day at the most and then be completed you one step away don`t worry

Also on this list awaiting interview date, case compelted 3/30/09. Hopefully in 2 weeks I will get a date and will no longer be waiting. Good luck to us all.

The AVR said last Friday that something was missing and they mailed out a letter March something....called & they aren't missing anything. I checked the AVR this morning and it says something is missing and they sent a letter April 1...yesterday...what???? I'm going to call as soon as they are open and clear this mess up!!

dont give an ear to the AVR press 5 and talk to OP and ask to see what they have thats what i meant when i said call tonight and see because the AVR it takes a while till they update it

We are also waiting for case complete and interview. Our RFE response was loaded into their system on March 12 and nothing since then.

Hoping our interview is scheduled next week.
