Help, got AOS Bill again

Has this happened to anyone? I was expecting package IV bill to generate but instead I got AOS bill again in the email today. I already paid it last Saturday. But when I checked online, it turned from PAID to NOT PAID.

Has this happened to anyone? I was expecting package IV bill to generate but instead I got AOS bill again in the email today. I already paid it last Saturday. But when I checked online, it turned from PAID to NOT PAID.

OMG I don't believe it. Ours is turned to UNPAID now Too after 2 weeks of showing PAID!!!

They are reviewing our DS230 now so I hope they will correct it, but you can be sure I will be calling again Monday.

I have now received 4 email letters asking for payment...all AFTER I paid.

Guys, after reading this post I went to check my online bill status and it happened the same to it!!!!

Our IV bill turned "PAID" last tuesday and now it says "NOT PAID" again!!!!!

There's gotta be some error right? Since more than one person is getting the same problem. Maybe that's why since yesterday they have been sending me and my husband e-mails with the IV bill.

Too bad we have to wait till Monday to call NVC

The sad part is, I want IV bill to be generated... I guess few more days of delays!!! urrrgghhh

It happens in a situation when IV not generated and you paid as it is available online.

I just noticed, if I am on Invoice page, the AOS bill is NOT PAID. But if I got to Receipt Page, my AOS bill shows up as PAID.

I still wish I had IV bill to be paid. They've had my DS-3032 since Tuesday....it's about time they process it and generate IV bill....... this waiting is making me very anxious now....

After reading many stories here about paying too soon, showing paid then not paid I am very paranoid. I got the email saying AOS and IV bills were generated I read it over and over and then called the operator and she was sooo nice and quite playful because I sounded like I was a blathering idiot I said I was so nervous I would screw this up like can I pay it can I really is it too soon I got the email but I just didn't believe I could pay it but when I put in the Invoice ID number it showed can be paid and I paid both one at a time then it said receipt and in process. Well I am calm for the moment. I have all the info together except final filling out of 864 and then meet with my lawyer, who i really need to be the calming factor in this process I look at my wife's eyes in the web cam and we talk matter of fact about mailing signatures back and details about the travel for interview etc and I am freaking out inside!

I have done so much research but still feel useless with short cuts and guides seems like you ultimately have to wait for them to process and accept and generate and all that jazz. I know of all the success stories here but I really don't want to take any chances I want my hunny here !!

I received the AOS fee letter by email again (paid it over a week ago and already sent in my I-864 with documents) and Ivonne got another DS-3032 email (Ivonne sent an assignment of agent email to NVC over a week ago). It seems that there are some glitches in their system. As of today, our AOS fee shows paid, but our IV fee has not been invoiced. I know they are moving to more online systems, so they may be having some problems with as they implement the new procedures.

Yeap, it happen to me too. When paid IV bill or AOS bill online before both documents been generated. It will turn out PAID to UNPAID after you have paid for serveral days. When you see the bill is PAID online. Remember to print out the invoice PAID, turn in with your document with I-864, or DS230. Call NVC to clear the error. It tooks me 3 business days. Good luck. Keep calling NVC.

It may just be a computer glitch they are having if a lot of people are getting similar messages. Btw I have been getting 2-3 emails a week of our interview letter from NVC by email since last week, so far I have 6, another computer glitch?

For sure, they're having some technical maintenance/errors in their system...

I already submitted my DS3032 through email but upto this time we dont have any single repsond from them either from email or snail mail...

Well, it happened anyway to me. I didn't pay the bills too soon really, for both of them my husband waited in the mail and e-mail, and we got both, paid for it and now the IV shows as "unpaid". But I believe it's just some error because like champi said if you go to the receipt page then it shows as "paid".

Ah, this week when I tried to print the barcode coversheet, it didn't generate well at all, it was like a really small text all in the upper right corner of the document, then later in the day I tried again and it was ok, but it was cutting of like 20% of the text on the right side. Very weird, I had to copy everything to a Word document and then fix the size of the font, but today when I try to generate the barcode coversheet is competly fine. That's why I truly believe it must be some internal error.
