Ok folks,

If you can run your wise eyes over our list then we would appreciate it.

This is what we are bringing.

All USCIS correspondence plus photocopies

EAD Card and AP Documents

Marriage Certificate plus copy

Former marriage cert plus copy

Divorce (from first wife - relax) Cert plus copy

Birth certs for myself, the Mrs and the kids (former marriage) plus copies

Numerous letters and cards from family and friends

Our wedding invitation plus Save the Date card plus CD we gave guests plus numerous wedding cards we received plus copies

Copy of flight itinerary to Ireland for the trip we are taking in late April plus an invitation to my sister's wedding in Ireland on May 2nd.

Gas, Electric, Water, Car, Life and House Insurance bills in both our names plus copies

Deeds to both cars in both our names plus copies

Three bank statements - one from the day we opened the account, one from November and one from this month (just to spread it out) plus copies

Our lease on the house showing both names plus a copy

A letter from my work saying I work there full-time and stating my salary plus last months pay stub.

Both our passports with copies of important pages.

Both our SS Cards plus copies

30 photos of us together plus THREE albums of wedding photos

My old passport and old greencard plus copies (I know it will come up about my former greencard)

The Mrs' student ID

Copies of credit cards - showing same numbers and date of expiry, etc.

A copy of my medical that the US doctor gave me.

What we don't have is ....

A copy of Mercedes' 07 tax return as we sent the only copy to USCIS (I think)

No tax returns for '08 as her Mom (co-sponsor) hasn't filed yet and neither have we. As I earn plenty, hopefully the letter from my employee will take the onus off the sponsorship forms).

Custody papers for my kids - who live in Northern Ireland. In the UK it's called a residency order and it expires at age 16 - so both my kids are older than that and one is an adult now so I think we are OK. I'm bringing a print out from the Northern Ireland Courts page detailing that residence orders end at 16.

Well, wish us good luck. Not long to go now.
