need some thoughts-- husband cheating

i came in here in the US last 2006 on a K-1 visa, it was a quit a journey for me.

i thought my husband loved me, but started cheating on me, I'm Asian, his black.i was

jobless for almost 8 mts, bec papers was pending with immigration, he started cheating,

spending nights on another womans house/apartment.

when i started working last Sept of 07, i did not have a

drivers license back then, so he would pick me and bring me to work, he said he is aggrevated

of the situation that i dont drive, HE takes my money and just leave me $100-

his reason, i have to contribute to household bills.

but came to found out, he paid his other womans apartment (saw the bank statement), he would

talk to his other woman infront me.. He would tell me that he was just forced to marry me bec he dont

want me to go back to my country.. that i am only his immigration wife.

of all the things he said to me, i sucked it all up. i prayed every night that he will change.

as time passed, he still gets my money

last MAY2008, i obtain a drivers license and a family member helped me co-sign a car.

and in snap, he stopped seeing the girl--

he still gets 300 out of my paycheck until now

now just tonight, when he got home, he acted strange, packed his weekend bag, left without saying a word.

seems like he is doing the same thing over again,

i am tired, i love him but i deserve to be treated better..

and i just filed my petition to remove conditions on Residence

Gather all documentation you can of his infidelities so that no matter what happens you can prove you entered this marriage in good faith.

What he is doing to you is abuse even if he doesn't hit you. He brought you here because he choose to but it seems to be that he doesn't respect you. You need to take care of yourself. I wish you well

Cheating really disgust me . I'd rather him tell me the truth than lying to me. He took your money to pay for another woman?! I'm really sorry to hear that but you really need to stop him from doing it to you. Be strong!

I am so sorry for what you are going through. I know it is unfair but stay strong. Get all your evidence together that you did enter the marriage in good faith and evidence about what is happening. I will always pray for you. where are you from here in the United States?

wowww...you are in a bad situation..you have to get out of there and make sure he doesn't come near you ever again..you don't need to share your money..and what does he think of you..some dumb immigrant who don't know anything..he called you his immigration wife..what the hell is that..

I say, you have to stand up for yourself,.you will find the right man for you..maybe not now but you have to focus on yourself right now..

Absolutely, this is abuse. You have my sympathies ... I was cheated on myself, was with my now-ex for 15 years and discovered over a decade of his cheating when he had a heart attack and I "met" the latest woman in the hospital. Problem was, she just continued to show up and they carried on as if I wasn't even in the same room! But I walked away from that poor excuse for a man, and you can walk away, too. Your position is a bit more delicate than mine, certainly maintain a good paperwork trail showing that you married in good faith in order to protect yourself against whatever he tries to do next. I bet all the money in the world he will think you're not capable enough to know your rights in this country. But you'll show him!

He is clearly wrong and is scum! Make your copies of the evidence and keep it in a safe deposit box or somewhere outside of the house. He's proven that he is untrustworthy and has no respect for you as a human being. God speed and we all here pray for the best for you!
