I am not sure how it works in Canada, but you cannot file for family based immigration to the US, as it must be started by the USC spouse...

I cannot see what the issue would be with parallel applications... Why do you think there would be?

Because I read that my wife should state USA as her domicile country

All she need do is establish or re-establish US domicile.... It is not that hard to do. However, the financial support issue may be a hurdle you need to overcome in the future.

Do you think the parallel immigration applications to US and Canada will not conflict with each other?

How can I maintain the credibility that I intend to immigrate to US, especially with having an immigration file open in Canada?

Because I read that my wife should state USA as her domicile country

I am not sure if they will share this kind of information.

Regarding the financial support ( affidavit), her uncle will sign this for us as her lives in the US

Sorry if I am confused, but what is your end goal? To have Canadian and US residency at the same time? Once the CR/IR visa is granted, you have 6 months to move to the U.S. and then you must maintain residency in the U.S. Why would you spend the money to get your Canadian residency (which also has residency requirements) if you do not plan to use it?

Because I need the Canadian residency as I am living in Canada untill I complete my degree and pass my exams which is expected to take around 2 years. After that, I am intending to live in the US.

Ok then I suggest you file Canadian residency which will take up to 1 year. Then when you are ready to move to the US you will THEN file for US residency (no point getting approved for US residency just to let it expire).

Once you cross over to the US you will invalidate your Canadian residency.
