I'm pursuing both K3 and CR1.

K3 interview is schedule in last week of march. status regarding the NVC IV & AOS form is, I will be sending it couple of days.

HOw should i proceed now. IF nvc completes the case before k3 interview can i change to CR1.

1. Should I go for K3 inteview and CRI again in fews days.

2. Should i re-schedule it and change it CR1.

3. WHat are chances that my packet recieves to consulate before my interview if i mail NVC docs to NVC on monday.

1) If you do this you will be paying an extra $131 for the K-Visa

2) Reschedule the K-3, allowing the CR-1 to catch up.

You may need to get your vaccinations records done for the CR-1

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
