Interesting graffic that appears to highlight differences between states, but when I mouse over states I've lived in that have different colors, the numbers look very close to me. It looks like there's not so much different, at least for states west of Lake Michigan.

I assume you noticed that the numbers are provided in 4 categories?

Taking one category - transportation. Michigan gets $1,246,726,787 ($124.63 per capita) while Wisconsin gets $795,238,394 ($141.30 per capita).

Why does the District of Colombia get the most educational benefits per capita? Considerably greater than any other state.

Is that because that is where all the idiots are? Including the politicians? Just asking.

I wish they were big.. dude.. the main hwys in Charlotte at 4pm are slow as fukc.. plus they havent finished our wannabe beltway so people don't have to go through the city if they don't need to, which sucks balls

During rush hour, if I take the highway to work (which I don't), I typically spend 40 minutes driving 9 miles.

Can Charlotte beat that?
