Hi there,

I am so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just checked my email and there it was "On January 29th.,, 2009, we ordered production of your new card." :dance:

This means it took a few days over 11 months. I have been checking my status online everyday lately and I had no touches since 16th., March 2008 until today where my status has also changed.

Goodluck to everyone still waiting.........hope it will be very soon for all of you. I am glad this journey is finally over!!!! I will not be filing for naturalization because in the next few years we plan on a move back to Australia.

p.s. mine took 7 days ...but i never received a notice of approval from them.. and i dont know if anyone else got one either..

REMOVING CONDITIONS

11th Aug 2008 - Mailed I-751 to CSC.

12th Aug 2008 - Application received

14th Aug 2008 - Cheque cashed

18th Aug 2008 - Received NOA-dated the 12th

26th Aug 2008 - Received Biometrics letter

4th Sept 2008 - Biometrics-Detroit-Complete-'Touched'

5th Sept 2008 - 'Touched'

1st Dec 2008 - APPROVED-Card production ordered -112 days

8th Dec 2008 - USCIS mailed approval notice.

8th Dec 2008 - Received my 10 year Greencard in the mail. took 2 days.

Although I have the above date for approval my card actualy states the

2nd December..
