So I just mailed my I129f. Just wondering what documents do I need to get ready next??. just want to stay ahead of the game, so to speak.

Go to the website of the consulate you will be using and download their "packet 3", the documents you will need for the interview and start working on them as soon as possible, it will use up some of your waiting time and you will be ready for the interview when the consulate receives your case. One good thing to start on now is the police certificate(s). These can be notoriously difficult to obtain in some countries. They are good for one year so there is no need to worry it will be "too old" at least find out now what will be required. You can begin to gather all the other documents you will need and get them translated. There is plenty to do and no one can do it better or faster than you. Read these forums every day. Check the "portal" for your fiancees country first for any updates on that consulate. Study other people's experience with that consulate through the reviews.

Good luck
