Last week I checked my timeline and it was looking like I would get NOA2 sometime this month.

This morning I checked and its shifted to the first week in Feb!!!

I lost 8 weeks over the holidays!!

I was reading posts last week from July filers who got NOA2 in Nov.

I filed in August with CSC.

Did something happen?

8 more weeks is a LONG time! :crying:

Anyone out the who filed in July with CSC who has their NOA2 now?

Thanks for your reply.

Trust me, I do understand being patient...I been waiting for months as it is. I have noticed the date shifting a few days from time to time but this is the first I have seen is shift 8 full weeks!

I am simply trying to understand what would cause such a HUGE increase in time.

dont worry someone put wrong dates in their timeline and this is the reason, hopefully they will fix it soon

very plausible explanation

One person puts in the wrong dates and it shifts things by 8 weeks?

I am not sure I would call that plausible...

It's actually quite plausible and very likely the reason for what happened.

Igor's list is merely an independent source script gathering information based on the VJ database.

People joining VJ, messing with their timelines, not updating their timelines, creating more than one timeline...etc...etc... all of this has an effect on the status of the page and what 'number' you are listed at.

While it can be a great tool to try and gauge your progress... it is quite vulnerable and should always be looked at with that in mind.

Oh.

I saw "HOLY COW" and thought this was going to be a topic about Hindu......

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

Our timeline shifted to 3 weeks too!

No need to be angry for us now.. We just got our NOA2 today (dated 05 Dec 2008)!! only a few days earlier than visajourney's estimated Dec 9-19!

so looks like something really messed up the statistics in the estimated timelines.. :bonk: i hope it gets fixed soon.. good luck to everyone especially who are in same timeline as ours... will update here for more to come..
