I am filing a IR-1/CR-1 petition, my wife has NSO authenticated MC. I have read posts where USEM has asked for a "Marriage Index w/CLDI. What is this and also what is CENMAR?

a cenomar is for single people. a cenmar is for married people. you need to have that too when filing at the embassy. call the NSO hotline (02)-737-1111 to get one for you and your spouse. the petitioner only gets this if he/she was born in the Philippines. ours took 1 week and 1 day to get delivered to our house. the CDLI means Court decree and Legal instruments. You need that attched to your marriage index/cenmar if one of you has previously had a marriage annuled.

you can also apply for cenmar at e-census.com.ph just fill-out the application for cenomar (singleness). since you're married you will receive cenmar. it will only take 1 week after your payment for you to receive it. i did this before.
