We're about to file our AOS and im quite confused if i still need to get another vaccination here in USA.

Here are the lists of vaccines I had in St.Lukes in Philippines

1. TDAP

2.MMR

3.VARICELLA- i had 2 shots of varicella vaccine the first one i got it 1 yr ago and other one before my interview that was in july 2008

You probably are good to go but only a Civil surgeon can say for certain...

hi girl!

got another 3 vaccines here. go to USCIS website. look for the civil surgeon they recommended. they also, recommend surgeons in the health deparment which is less expensive to get the vaccines. anyway, the surgeon will evaluate your vaccination record from philippines and the surgeon will tell you what else you need or you are good to go. and the surgeon will sign and sealed the form I-693, which is the medical form.

05-01-2012 --- Oath scheduled/ Oath Letter Sent

05-16-2012 --- Oath Taking! I am now a USC!!!

You are required to get your TD shot & another shot of MMR & varicella & have it transcribed to I-693.

I had my 1 st shot of varicella last june,,and the 2nd was this 2nd week of this Oct

the CS told me that 1 varicella shot is enough and u dnt need to get a 2nd and 3rd shot..i got the 2nd shot of HPV though :blush:and i'll just go back to her after i become MRS. :blush:

btw, im wondering, who will do the TB skin test? i read in the uscis website that they made it mandatory for all aliens now...is that also required to the filing of AOS? i dont see it being done..

Jan - sent application

Jun 27 - NOA2 by the mailbox!!! (found out that d 2nd touch was d approval..sweet!)

Jul 3 - NVC sent letter to petitioner

Jul 15 - confirmation letter received (tnk u my dear DHL)

Jul 17- 1st day - medical exam SLEC (on hold and waiting for it to be done successfully) July 31- PASSED!

Aug 28 - USEM interview date! (eto' na!) - PASSED - PINK SLIP ONLY!

Sept 26 - PAL departure - MNL-LAX

NOV 23 - Church wedding

AOS

Jan 30 2009 - AOS with EAD and AP submitted to Chi, IL

Feb 4 - check cleared

Feb 10 - AOS, EAD, AP NOA1 received!

Feb 19 - Biometric appointment letter received

Feb 28 - Biometrics schedule

Mar 28 - AP and interview invitation received by mail

Apr 2 - EAD card recieved

May 15 - Interview Schedule - APPROVED!

Jun 25 - GREEN CARD RECEIVED ON MAIL Dated June 16

Local health departments normally do TB skin test for free. Give copy of the results to CS.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
