I know I've seen this question asked before, but I can't remember the answer and I just searched and can't find any posts. My husband is 37 and had his K1 medical exam on 8/8/08. The doctor marked "not age appropriate" for these vaccines: Rotavirus, Hib, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Meningococcal, Human Papillomavirus, and Pneumococcal.

Will any of those be a problem when we file for AOS? We're doing our best to find someone to transcribe them and the TB skin test we had done since he arrived onto an I-693, but all of the local doctors are saying they won't do that unless they did the initial exam...one of them told us that we could have an appointment for $25 where they would inform us of what the next step was. I have a message in at Dr. Arnold's office, so hopefully I will hear back soon.

Thanks for the help!

Don't worry, the civil surgeon knew what they're doing....they can decide whether your husband needs those vaccines or not. Civil surgeon were trained for current immigration requirements related to medical field. Perhaps they were updated....

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)
