Hi everyone :) My husband has received NOA2 for both I-130 & I-129F. It says on NOA2 that our case is now forwarded to NVC. Our question is, how can we be notified that our case has already been received by NVC and how long will our case be processed in NVC before it will be sent to US Consulate? What are the requirements that NVC will need from us? How can we check our case while in NVC?

Thanks for your answers in advance

Your husband will recieve a letter from the NVC stating your MNL case number..but you can ask your husband to call NVC and check if they received the approved petition from USCIS, if yes NVC might give him the assigned case number for your petition and when will they send the case in manila...all you have to do is wait, maybe a week or 2. USem will notify you that they received the case and you are now eligible to set an appointment for interview. Actually you dont need to wait for the letter before you can set the appoinment..If you think USem already have your case, let your husband call them and make an appointment for your interview. Goodluck

you may start now to prepare all the neccessary papers and documents...that you might need for your interview.

Congratulations ;-)
