New Civic test

- applied on or after October 1, 2008

- or applied before October 1, 2008, have interview scheduled on or after October 1, 2008, then choose to take new test

- or applied before October 1, 2008, but have interview scheduled on or after October 1, 2009

I can not find new civic test from youtube, but USCIS provided the info as following.
