Anyone out there approved in September? My case has been recieved at NVC but no case number assigned yet. What about you. Let's work on this together. :thumbs:

Yay!! I was approved Sept. 4, no NOA2 hard copy yet, havent tried to call NVC but will probably call tonight though realistically I dont expect the file to arrive before Thurs. or Fri.

Got it, my case was sent on the 4th of September i think but it was approved on the 3rd. IT's probably there just doesn't have a case number yet. The operator was very nice, she told me to call back on Friday but realistically, i will call back tomorrow. :rolleyes::jest:

Have you gotten any documents as yet? I am wondering if i can send the DS 230 email before they give me case number cause they already have my case just haven't assigned a case number yet.

Nope, I haven't received anything from NVC or CSC. :( I'm thinking it's because I received the NOA2 email early Friday morning and today is only Tuesday - they usually don't work on the weekends right?

Nope, I haven't received anything from NVC or CSC. :( I'm thinking it's because I received the NOA2 email early Friday morning and today is only Tuesday - they usually don't work on the weekends right?

Okay, i think we are both pushing it by hoping to have anything already :star: I am thinking my case number will be assigned by tomorrow but she was saying that it takes them about 2 to 4 weeks to send out the first set of forms. That seems a long time. :unsure:

Hello,

My I-130 and I-129 were both apporved on 9/4 but am going to go with the CR-1/IR-1 and would like to take the same route you folks are taking.

Yesterday I recieved NOA 2 for my I-130 in the mail and called NVC and they had no record of my petition yet. I will just have to call back today but it took me 15 trys before I could get ahold of a representitive.

What type of information should I be working on for NVC?

NVC hasnt gotten my case yet but i think they should have it today and have the case number assigned by friday or monday...im hoping friday...

2007-11-23 : I-130 Sent

2007-11-28 : I-130 Received

2008-01-28 : NOA1

2008-08-13 : Filed Transferred from VSC to CSC

2008-08-14, 21, 22, 25 and 9/4 : Touched

2008-09-04 : I-130 NOA2 (Approved) Your I-130 was approved in 286 days from your filing date.

2008-09-05: Touched again

2008-09-09: I-130 NOA2 (hardcopy received)

NVC

2008-09-09 : NVC Received and Case Number Assigned

2008-09-16 : DS-3032 and AOS bill generated

2008-09-17: DS-3032 sent (by USPS and email)

2008-09-20: IIN received in Mail

2008-09-20 : AOS bill invoiced (paid online)

2008-09-24 : AOS bill PAID and cover sheet printed & AOS package sent to NVC

2008-09-24 : DS-3032 Choice of Agent accepted

2008-09-24 : IV bill paid and accepted on the 25th

2008-09-26 : AOS package received by NVC

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed
