Scheduling interviews by NVC

I just spoke to NVC live rep , She told me they have received DS 230 yesterday which is under review.Then i asked is there a possibilty of getting interview in OCT 2008.She told me I think its not possible because NVC has scheduling dept which schedule interviews at consulate 2 nd week of every month for the following month.that means case should be completed by 1st week of every month in order to get interview in follwing month if space is available at consulate .

any other thoughts on this guys??

I have heard this. They schedule in the second week and anything from the second through the first week case completes will be scheduled the following month.

Yeah, that's what they told me too when I called them. The lady asked me to call them next Friday as that is when they scheduled the interview and to see whether I am scheduled for next month interview.

i was told the same thing. my case was completed 15th of august and when i called yesterday, they told me to call thursday or friday next week (august 11th or 12th) to check if i qualified for an october interview, that's why im keeping my fingers crossed and my faith strong. i can't wait till it's time for me to call..i wish the days would go by swiftly, hahaha...

just hang in there, we all have been through the whole ordeal ourselves sgr...patience and prayer, it will keep your sanity, lol, waiting for your interview date will be a brief wait compared to the months of agony you have been through with the whole process. ..to cheer you up, look back on the whole experience, i'm sure it'll give you something to smile about..

Me too my case was coompleted last aug 21st and they told me to wait and call on the 10th of sep. i hope i hear something good too.. since that they approved my expedite in USEM for early interview.. im getting impatient cos NVc told me that the embassy was requesting my papers and they want to send it to them just wondering what is NVC is waiting for??
