Regarding the employment question on the G325A...

I used an additional sheet to list my (beneficiary) employment but we only sent in one copy of this along with the 4 pages of the G325A. I've just read that we should have printed off 4 copies of that too. Can they just photocopy it?

Looks like we'll be getting a RFE..? :( We haven't even recieved our NOA1 yet.

It's not advised to send anything in because it won't be seen to due to the amount of applications... I know we'll have to wait for the RFE and then send it ASAP.

I was just wondering if it IS a RFE or if they would photocopy since it doesn't include anything "new".

Sending four copies of attachments to G325a is a best practice based on common sense/logic but I doubt if you'll get an RFE for it. I've never seen an RFE for sending a single copy of the form, much less an attachment.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

The 4 G325A forms are different. They look almost exact, but not quite! So you will probably get an RFE for not sending all the required G325A forms. However, the additional sheet that you used to list employment is only needed once.

June 6, 2007 - USCIS received

June 11, 2007 - NOA1 for I-485

July 18, 2007 - Biometrics completed

July 20, 2007 - Case transferred from MSC to CSC

July 31, 2007 - AOS Approved - 57 days - Without an Interview!

Aug 06, 2007 - Received Green Card in the mail today!

Jan 8, 2009 @ 8:18PM - Our son was born tonight !!

I-751 - Remove Conditions

July 11, 2009 - Certified Mail to VSC I-751 Package

July 14, 2009 - Check cleared bank

July 20, 2009 - NOA1 & 1 yr extension - Receipt date is July 14. Case# assigned

Sept 1, 2009 - Biometrics completed

Nov 25, 2009 - I-751 is approved. No Interview.

Dec 14, 2009 - 10yr Green Card arrived !

This is incorrect.

She already noted that she sent all 4 G325 forms but only 1 supplemental attachment.

While it's best to send an attachment for each sheet (x4), those that have been here for some time have never seen an RFE for only sending one attachment for the 4 forms.

again... deep breath Gemmie.. you're on your way sweetheart. ;)

I have not either. But, I've also never heard of anyone just sending in one part of the form either.

I only sent one attachment in for ours and we never got an RFE.

I think you should be okay.

Oh wow, I read her first post and got scared because I did the same thing. I already had the process delayed by a mistake I did and I don't want it to happen again! But I'm glad to hear I don't need to worry about it :)

*sigh of relief* I've been worried about it at work all day!

Taking breath now... I agree that it was common sense to print out 4 pages for each form, I can't believe we missed it! We checked everything so many times.

Such a relief to know that we'll be OK...

Dammit! I've done that too. I haven't sent my I-129F off yet (going to in next few days) but mail takes an age to come from Bahrain.
