I am so happy for all those who filed in July, that has recieved their NOA1, but i'd like to start a post for us who filed a K-1 in July and their service center is, Vermont. If one has already been started excuse this post. I think, for those who filed a K1 in July and at Vermont.. it'd be so mush easier to track whats going on with our own thread. I keep reading how someone got their NOA1 and I get excited then I see it's for another service center.

So, if it's fine with July, K1/Vermont filers.. lets start posting here to make it much easier for us to track Vermonts progress. :)

11/25/07 - Engaged..

1/16/08 - 1st Visit..

2/28/08 - 2nd Visit..

6/03/08 - 3rd Visit..

9/10/08 - 4th Visit..

7/14/08 - Sent off I-129

1/08/08 - NOA 1

1/18/09 - RFE

1/30/09 - NOA2

???? - 45 Days of AP at NVC

03/15/09 - Left NVC

03/26/09 - Received pct. 3

05/06/09 - sent pkt back.

05/08/09 - Received pkt. 4

05/12/09 - Interview

07/24/09 - Out of AP

07/30/09 - Sent passport to Embassy.

08/15/09 - Received Passport with Visa.

08/18/09 - POE: Atlanta. It went very smooth, no problems at all. In and out in 30 minutes.

10/05/09 - Sent AOS/EAD

10/19/09 - Rec'd NOA

11/05/09 - Transferred to C.S.C.

11/10/09 - Biometrics - Cancelled waiting for new appt.

12/21/09 - Biometrics - Went well with no problems.

12/31/09 - EAD Card received.

02/16/10 - Transferred to Lee's Sumit, Mo

03/04/10 - Recieved AOS Interview letter.

04/07/10 - A.O.S. Interview - Approved. Very easy interview.

04-26-10 - 2Yr. Green card Received.

One more July VSC filer here! We sent our petition on 26th of june no NOA1 yet, no check cashed neither, faustrating :angry:

June 26..........Sent I-129F to VSC

June 28..........Received @ VSC

Aug 09.......... Packet sent back b'cos of poor written check

Aug 11...........Resent packet to VSC

Aug 12...........Package deliverd and signed for by P. Novak

Aug 14...........NOA1

MAR 28 2009...Returning to the USA with wife-to-be.

MAR 29 2009...POE (IAH) Intercontinental Airport Houston (2nd day arrival )

APR 10 2009....Our Glorious Wedding (Good Friday, How cool uh?)

K-1

07/30/08- I-129F was delivered to Vermont

08/11/08- NOA1

12/14/08- NOA2

02/11/09 Interview (Approved!)

03/07/09 POE at JFK

03/13/09 Married!

AOS

04/08/09- NOA1 for AOS and EAD (we didn't apply for AP)

04/22/09- Case Transferred to CSC

04/24/09- Biometrics Appointment

05/22/09- EAD card production ordered

05/29/09- EAD approval notice sent

06/01/09- EAD arrived in the post

06/18/09- I-485 RFE notice via email

06/25/09- I-485 RFE notice via mail

(They wanted him to redo medical exam- they must've lost it. They also wanted a copy of our marriage certificate, even though we included that in our original submission.)

07/03/09- Medical exam (second one this year grrr!)

07/06/09- I-485 RFE response mailed back to CSC via USPS

07/08/09- I-485 RFE response package delivered at CSC

07/10/09- I-485 Case Processing Resumed (CRIS email)

07/16/09- I-485 Card Production Ordered

07/21/09- I-485 Approval Notice Sent

07/24/09- Green card received in the post!

Sent in my petition June 23rd and no check cashed no NOA1 yet.

I just got off the phone with them and no record in their system. On the phone prompts it says it could take up to 30 days. Then I get a person on the phone and they claim that it can take up to 90 days! or it could be the case that the petition was forwarded to another service center, coz Vermont may or may not be very busy?

It's truly unbelievable that a packet received after another could be processed first. I tried to make the agent explain to me how this is possible, but really she had no clear answer.

We mailed our petition package 07/07/2008 and are still waiting for NOA1.... :(

2/23/06: We first met

4/04/08: We got engaged

7/07/08: I-129F Sent

7/11/08: Case received by VSC

7/31/08: NOA1

8/28/08: touched

12/05/08: NOA2

12/30/08: Package 3 received

I mailed mine in on July 5th, recieved by VSC on July 7th. Checked cashed on July 29th. No NoA in the mail yet. I am able to check my case online...

We sent in our paperwork on July 17th, Vermont received ours on July 18th, and now were waiting along with everyone else. It's nice to know we're not the only ones. :)

I am a vermont filer and my NOA1 arrived today. I sent overnight mail July 7th, recd July 8th. Praise the Lord! Now I am praying for patients since the NOA2 will be another 6 months....uggh
