NVC should send them to consulate for interview but he I-864 and DS-230 are kept by the government, they are affidavit of support used to back up the green-card, and application for the CR-1 or IR-1 visa, they will not return them to you.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Nop. they don't need it before the interview, they need it (sometimes) for the interview... You should have kept a copy of everything, but don't worry call the embassy and make sure they have your case there, you can pick up packet number 3 or wait until they deliver it. That package will say everything you need to have ready....

But before the interview they need I 864.

How can i get that?

And they also want to see Ds 230 FORMS?

Plz answer me for this?

Sibtain ask your wife to send you a signed I-864...both which were approved and accepted by NVC. This should be in preparation for the interview. Also, fill in the DS 230 here and sign part 1 of it and keep it with you for the interview. Check the US Embassy's website for a section called common errors. It also says that in other documents, the beneficiary has to have an original police character certificate at the time of the interview or the visa will not be issued. Please check the website under the Immigrant Visa section.
