:help: hey my question is that i got married to a usc and got divorced because he was violent and the interview for my premanent resident is due in like 1-2mths what fo i do or need to take along.to support my situation and if there is anyone with the same situation how did it go what were you asked tell me all. :help::help:

Looks like you have only been in the U.S. one month, is this correct? How could you come here and get a divorce in one month?

he got the pcc.......an was unable to use it....this was a horrible process,and i would never do it again....

If you came in on a CR1 then you should be getting your greencard in the mail (it is sent to the address you put on the DS 230).

I don't understand what this interview in 1-2 months is for.

From previous posts from the OP it sounds like they applied for a CR1 not K3 visa.

The visa was approved in mid June.

If the information in your profile is correct and you activated the CR-1 visa in June of this year, you are not eligible for removal of conditions yet. What interview are you speaking of that is upcoming in 1-2 months?
