I think as long as you leave before the Visa expires and keep the ticket stubs as proof that you did, you should be fine.

Actually, it is the I-94. Once you enter on the K1 it is voided.

To the OP: if you are not getting married then you should leave before the I-94 expires in order not to incur a ban. I'm not sure what the time is before you get banned, but I would not take a chance. If you apply for another US visa in the future they will ask about the K1.

Are you sure the relationship is not going to work out?

You do have to leave before the I-94 expires or it will effect any future visa endevours.

I'm so sorry.

I wish you the best in whatever direction your life takes you from here.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

As long as you will leave before your I-94 expires, you will be fine the next time you will have to go through this route again. Overstaying and not being married within the 90-day period will be a bad record so you better avoid that one. But I'm hoping that things will work out for the two of you. It is so sad that all the effort, hardwork and most especially the love you have for each other will go to waste.

Don't worry about the future visa application as it shows that you are more concern to that than losing your already chance in love with your fiance now. But after all the trying and it still didn't work out for both of you, then do what's best. Good luck!

It's really sad to hear after the long process in NVC ,time, financial and love you both start before was end for nothing. You both know what the best and right, just followed what heart said so you will not both regret in future. Kept the good memories and learned the mistakes everything happened has a reason.

Good Luck both of you and lived without no regrets.

Hi,

Sorry about that, i guess all you need to do is to relax a little and think more before doing something to regrets in the end, remember your goal is to get married in US, and the reason why your there is because of your fiance, because you LOVE him...because of him you get there and be with him..less worries this time but to get ready and prepare the things you need for your wedding, that is your day so cheer up and be proud of yourself.

If there is misunderstanding it is natural in relationship, its part of getting to now each other, even you get married you will still confuse sometimes but all you need is to learn things from both of you(part of adjustment period as a couple), you made your decision already, what i can advise is just stick with it, and love your fiance for more, learn to appreciate the support he gave to you while you are in the process of getting there. So do not waste time for this kind of worries, i believe you both can work it out, if you did a mistake just say sorry and forget it, start building a better future for you, focus on your wedding thing.

I know you will find your true happiness in your fiance now, stop worrying, start making up!! Stay cool and believe on your partner, there is no perfect relationship, but trying to correct things because you learn your mistakes then indeed you can be called a WIFE! A little sacrifice...trust and faith!

Pray always....:-)

Goodluck to you!

++stevemercy

have a great time here!:-)
