im updating a previous post , i/we contacted NVC and were told our case was forwarded to US embassy London on 26th March , so i would like to thank Bex and Julezabelle for telling me to phone the Embassy and find out what was happening , and i finally got through to today!

Only to be told they sent out my P3 on 2nd April!!!!!!! This is 23 May!! And guess what i have recieved no packet!

I thought all i had to do was be patient , that these things took a long time !

Well thank you VJ!

So , was given a code to email all my details and request that P3 was sent again, now....... another period of waiting and hoping that the mail actually delivers!

Anyone similar? did you wait a long time for secondary P3? Will this one actually arrive ? something new to keep me awake at night!

If anyone else has similar timeline and like me is patiently waiting ....... a little too long call them NOW!

Grrrrr how annoying! If you don't have a replacement in 2 weeks call them back and request an update. Its just a case of printing a letter out, they shouldn't have to do anything with your case so there is no reason it should take any longer than that. I wish they would put the visa fee up by a couple of $$ and send P3 recorded. Royal Mail are notoriously unreliable - I would never send anything as important as this with them without ensuring it was registered. Lets hope the second one is blessed with speed and a competant posty.

Good Luck with the rest of your journey, at least now you have some answers and your moving forward again.

I think you can just print the forms and re-send - there shouldn't be anything you need them to return...?

This may be a little bit after the fact but can you download the P3 from the Consulate website? Mail in Ukraine is unreliable also and the website specifically states to download it if you never receive P3 in mail.
