Well, so that's that. My parents will be in town in a couple of weeks, so I talked to TLM and the conversation went as follows:

L: Babe, would you marry me again? :luv:

B: Uh, yes? (as in "#######, is this the right answer?" :unsure: )

L: Aaaaawwww, I wuv youuuuu :wub: (yes, I get cheesy with the man, gimme a break)

B: I would marry you many times over.

L: Aaaaaaawwwwwww. :wub: Well... thing is... I've been thinking....

B: Aha.. (by this time, the latest Sci-Fi novel is back opened in his lap :reading: )

L: How about when my parents come we get married in your parents' church?

B: :huh:what?

L: Yes you know, so to have like a wedding in front of God and all :innocent:, and then a party or something nice and small

B: Err, no.....

L: But why not???? :cry: don't you love me?

B: Yessss, but I don't love the Lutheran church Lenina (now I know the guy, the use of my full name means I'm in deep, deep #######; but I keep digging a hole)

L: Oh come on, we could have the wedding and (this was improvised, I pinky swear)... I can wear your mom's wedding dress... it fits me!!!! :yes:

B: Well.. now THAT'S JUST CREEPY. :blink:

So there you have it folks. Bren refused to make me a child of the Lutheran church. :cry: Or to let me use his mom's wedding dress :rofl: It was way too funny... wasn't it? :unsure:

Dude, it's not like HE was the one wearing the dress :rofl:

I will consult on the Rabbi. Or perhaps you can come over and officiate a Commies for Christ wedding... I know my dad would appreciate it.

Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!
