A USCIS employee bought something from me on ebay and I started laughing because I was thinking muahahahha I have control now! Anyways, shall I hold it hostage until all petitions are approved?

I think you should send an email telling them you will ship after document verification, then place them on AR. After that send a couple of "false RFEs". And then after about eight months... Explain they are in FBI name check and there is no way to predict Seriously, if you don't have some fun with this, you have missed the best chance any of us will ever get to show them how it feels!!!

because it is being shipped to them at a USCIS office. they don't have their home address just work address (which is verified) for shipping.

i think the buyer should complete an imbra form - after all, shouldn't you know what the buyer is convicted of before sending them anything?
