How do I know if i've been 'touched'??

It may be a really stupid question but I keep reading about people having their cases 'touched'. We filed with VSC on 30th January and when I log onto to check the status it simply says that the case is pending. How do I know when someone has 'touched' my case?

This question is so often asked, I even made my own official "cut & paste" comment!

"Touching" is meaningless and no big deal. Some petitions get 'touched" and others never do. It only indicates someone had your petition in their hands and scanned it into the database. All I can think positively to say about it, is it confirms your petition is not in the garbage can. What truly matters are NOAs (yeah!) and RFEs (Boo!)
