Ready to file on Monday on befalf of my K-1 spouse, but have one last question before sending out my Package. Do I need to include my divorce decree (petitioner not applicant) from my prevous marriage for my spouse AOS?

Here is my check list

 Check Payment in the amount of $1010 payable to USDHS

 Forms:and Supporting Documents

A. I-485 Application for Register permanent Residence or Adjust Status

B. I-131 Application for Travel Document

C. I-765 Application for Employment Authorization

D. G-325A Biographic Information four pages

a. Attached two recent color photos

E. DS-3025 Vaccination Documentation Worksheet

F. I-693A; Vaccination Supplement

G. Copy of passport

H. Copy of NOA2 approval (I-797C) for I-129F

I. Copy of I-94 (front and back) and K-1 Visa

J. Copy of birth certificate (notorized)

K. Copy of Marriage Certificate

 Spouse (Petitioner Financial Responsibility)

A. I-864 Affidavit of Support

B. Copy of Spouse’s 2007 tax form1040A and Copy 2007 W-2

C. Spouse’s Tax Transcripts for 2006 and 2005 (optional)

D. Spouse’s Employment Letter

E. Copy of Spouse’s Four most recent paycheck statements

Any advice and reponse are greatly appreciated.

Figured I would start a thread for March filers because my fiance already have his visa in hand, and he will be here March 11. I will appreciate also if you can post your list for your AOS so we can have guidance when we file our AOS this month.Post here and lets keep each other updated and in touch .Thank you all!God bless!

Yay!I did not know there is already March thread ..my fiance will be here on March 11 and plan to file for AOS this month..Hope the March filers will post their checklist on this thread so that we have guidance when its time to file ours..I have 3 weeks off from work so its plenty of time for us to prepare all the documents before the March ends..Goodluck to all!!

Finally..we got our AOS package sent off to Chicago yesterday!! Yea!!! We were hoping to be Feb filers, but were waiting on a few things. I'm so glad to get all of that paperwork off my desk! Now we can concentrate on long waiting process
