I was under the impression that if the benificairy is in India, you will go through standard processing and in that case all the NVC needs is the completed and signed copy of Part I along with a copy of the biographical page of the benificiary. Is this not corcet please clarify?

Thanks,

Avneesh

I know these are the requirements for Appointment Posts. Is this new policy in effect for all consulates with Standard Post NVC Processing Instructions starting from Jan 2008?

My case will be at HCM consulate, btw.
