If she didn't do biometrics how did they get her picture and fingerprints for the card?

USCIS probably re-used the ones on file for the first conditional card.

I would not be surprised to see USCIS cut redundant things like biometrics for I-751, the prior set is only 2 years old. My state DMV uses the same picture they took over 10 years ago on my driver's license.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

USCIS do not retain photo's or fingerprints on their system that is why we all have to have our Biometrics done everytime we get a new card or a new check is needed as in removing conditions....

When My Greencard went missing in the mail and I had to pay for a new card, I asked why I needed to have fresh Biometrics done when I had just had them taken a few months before, they could or would not answer my question, but they did answer the question when my senator ask why....
