I actually sent in my paperwork to the Chicago Lockbox on Jan 15 and it was received/signed for on Jan 17th.

I sent in the two packets (130 and 129F) in separate envelopes within a larger envelope and cover letter explaining why I sent both together. Is that how yours was done?

With the news about K3 being (I don't even know if this is true) done away with - I wonder if my 129F gets bounced back to me if I should even bother to resend it ...

5/26/10 : Delivered to SAINT ALBANS VT 05479 @ 11:46am

5/27/10 : NOA1 Date (based on scanned check image)

5/28/10 : Funds withdrawn from bank account

6/04/10 : NOA1 (I-797) received, confirming above NOA1 receipt date.

7/31/10 : Biometrics letter received - Appointment date of 8/11/10!

8/11/10 : Biometrics done!

8/29/10 : GC received (sometime last week lol)! (WOW!)

5/12 : Neetu emailed NVC re: DS-3032 (choice of agent)

5/13 : AOS Status now "PAID" -- AOS PRIORITY MAILED

I sent my I-129F without receiving my receipt for I-130 to vermont service center directly since i figured out after USCIS enters my information for I-130 they will send it to Vermont as I am from Virginia. I received my NOA 1 for I-129f on Jan 7th 2008.

I-130 received : 2007-12-18 (Chicago Lockbox)

I-129F sent : 2007-12-24 (VSC)

I-129F NOA 1 : 2008-01-03

I-130 NOA 1 : 2008-02-01 (VSC)

I-130 NOA2 : 2008-04-16 (VSC)

NVC Received : 2008-04-21

DS 3032 and AOS Bill Generated : 2008-04-28

DS 3032 Email sent : 2008-04-28

AOS Bill Paid : 2008-04-29

AOS sent to NVC : 2008-05-01

Oh why did your attorney filed 129-f without the copy of NOA from IR-130? it's important that it should be enclosed.. is why many are waiting for NOA from their filing IR-130 coz its a PREQUISITE in filing 129- F (K3 SPOUSE NON-IMMIGRANT VISA).. :o

Oh why did your attorney filed 129-f without the copy of NOA from IR-130? it's important that it should be enclosed.. is why many are waiting for NOA from their filing IR-130 coz its a PREQUISITE in filing 129- F (K3 SPOUSE NON-IMMIGRANT VISA).. ohmy.gif

they should honor the date the app was receieved in the mail room.. which for you would be sept and mine would be in october.. anyways i wil be calling them this week and checkin up on what app they are processing and what dates they are going by.. mine is at vermont but i am unable to see my case status online!!

Thanks.. i hope they will honor that since our case was being processed in California and not in Nebraska anymore.. :unsure: i hope to hear from you after you called the USCIS. Based on postings here Vermont process less slower than other Service Centers.. :unsure:

you can send I-129f without NOA 1 from I-130. you place a cover page, or our attorney did saying we will follow up with the case number after receipt. they will hold it.
