I would like to ask how long does it take for my fiancé to obtain a certificate to contract marriage from USEM Manila.

days? a week?

Your fiance can apply online for the CENOMAR at this website https://www.ecensus.com.ph/Secure/frmIndex.asp

for the USC fiance, when he comes to visit, he will have to go to the US embassy in Manila and pay a fee to get an affidavit in lieu of the certificate to contract marriage. You will get that after a few minutes. Just bring your passport and birth certificate with you.

It took me less than an hour after they opened the windows. Arrive early as the Embassy only does Affidavits or Certificate of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage from 8 Am to 10 AM. A passport and a $30 fee are required.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony
