OMG!!! i just checked my email and it said we are approved!!! thank you GOD thank you!!! after many days of checking emails and praying we're finally approved!!! 88 days!!! thank you everyone and Visa Journey for such a wonderful web site . i hope for more good news from other filers . god bless everyone out there and i hope for speedy approvals for everyone!! :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

10-26-10 NVC recieves our petition

10-27-10 NVC case # assigned..

11-02-10 DS-3032, I-864 Bill received.

11-02-10 AOS Bill paid.

11-09-10 IV Bill recieved

11-09-10 IV Bill paid.

11-15-10 Sent IV and AOS packages seperately via overnight mail.

11-16-10 IV and AOS packages received at NVC at 11:22am ..... Now the wait begins again :(

11-30-10 Both packages entered into NVC's system awaiting review.....

12-07-10 RFE. A simple fix , But i need to wait till replacement page of Ds230 arrives, then overnight the checklist stuff back to NVC.

12-15-10 RFE docs arrived via DHL from Judy...heading to the Post Office to overnight to nvc

12-15-10 Overnighted the RFE checklist docs to NVC

12-16-10 NVC recieves RFE checklist docs

01-07-11 SIF ..... Thank you God...

Does make you wonder what's going on with CSC though, for VSC to be getting through the cases so fast! Are they just attacking boxes randomly at VSC or is there really this much disparity between the processing times?

Does make you wonder what's going on with CSC though, for VSC to be getting through the cases so fast! Are they just attacking boxes randomly at VSC or is there really this much disparity between the processing times?

A couple of weeks ago when there was nothing going on at VSC, the explanation was that they had a huge backlog of other types of visa-petitions. Once they were through with those, they started cranking out NOA2's for I-129F petitions. Maybe that's what's going on right now at CSC,too.

And yes, they are attacking boxes randomly at VSC, as there are still some May, a couple of June and quite a few July petitions ( like mine) sitting underneath somebody's coffee-cup, collecting stains and dust.

Don't worry, booger, it's not your fault...enjoy the feeling of having escaped the mazes of Vermont... :thumbs:

Thank you everyone for your kind words for me and my gal. That was the longest 89 days i have ever lived ...but, i know that is only a small amount of days compared to others STILL waiting. i am sorry for that everyone . You would think after hiring 1500 new workers the service centers would start speeding up now , Once again i want to wish everyone a speedy process and God bless all of my VJ family ... :thumbs: remember "If God leads you to it , He can lead you through it".
