Dr. O'Keeffe in Seattle: Get Those DS-3025s in Now!

I phoned up Denise at Dr. O'Keeffe's office in Seattle yesterday to confirm that they are still doing I-693A's by mail. She was, as everyone here has said, very nice and helpful and explained the whole thing to me. BUT they won't be doing immigration medicals after the first week of May--so if you're wanting to get your I-693A done by mail through them, get it in now!

Here is the thread with Dr. O'Keeffe's contact information. Only $35 IF you've had an immigration medical in the past year and you completed your jabs; i.e. all you need is to have your vaccination records transferred from the DS-3025 and/or your GP's records onto an I-693A.

A civil surgeon that's not a rip off? How surprising...sad to see that Dr. O'Keefe won't be doing them any longer by mail. I worked with Dr. O'Keefe's office on an issue back in 2001-02 when I was living in Seattle --- very good people for sure.

Let me see if I understood right:

If I have the DS-3025 filled and signed out (simple copy) by my doctor in Brasil, I still need to get a civil surgeon to transfer the information and sign in the I-693A to apply for the AOS???

Just called Denise and she said that they are closing at May 11th... So, everyone that still want to do the I-693 needs to hurry up!!!

Carol, we did, but Ewen's birthdate was typed wrongly and we forgot his passport number. Oops! I'm calling Denise later to tell her we're sending them back to be corrected.

Oh no!!! I hope they didnt do the same in my papers... BTW, I sent her the copy of the DS-3025 and it has my passport number on it... I will probably get it tomorrow morning in the mail!..

Just talked to Denise... She said they never filled out the passport number on it and also said that the USCIS will do it...

Im going to mail the way it is...
