We sent our application in on June 9th and it was received by VSC on June 11th :star:

NOA2 hard copy: 10/18/08

I-129F left NVC: 10/16/08

NVC letter: 10/21/08

USEM received the papers: 10/23/08

Physical exam at SLEC: 11/06-07/08 - Passed

Appointment letter received: 11/10/08

Interview schedule: 11/14/08 - Passed

Visa Received : 11/22/2008... thank God...

US Entry : 12/03/2008

Marriage : 02/14/2008

POE: Guam

5/13/08 - Visa in hand!!!

7/7/08 - POE

7/11/08 - legal wedding

7/20/08 - AOS/EAD/AP sent to Chicago Lockbox

11/18/08 - AOS approved!!!

11/25/08 - Received welcome letter...and Green Card!!!

12/21/08 - ceremonial wedding

10/9/10 - Sent I-751 and started the fresh hell that is ROC

10/14/10 - NOA1 for ROC

10/29/10 - received appointment for Biometrics

11/22/10 - Biometrics appointment

Currently: Living blissfully with my Essex lad...

We got the case number off the back our cashed check today.

I'm guessing we will get the NOA1 soon in the mail!

I have a good feeling we all filed at a good time!

They'll find you before long. They're beingy shy or haven't discovered the forums yet. Just keep bumping it up. The timelines search says there's already 17 who have filed in June at VSC. Good luck. It's an exciting time to have gotten all the paperwork in the mail.
