you forgot to put a link to the old thread, silly :P

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=74323

I wanted to repost this in case, Booty didn't see it in the old thread...

for Christmas I usually make these tortilla wrap-ups... they are more of an appetizer though...

you just take some flour tortillas and spread them with some flavoured savoury cream cheese , like herb and garlic or vegetable etc..) and then sprinkle with chopped deli meat; like ham, chopped bell peppers and grated cheese.... then you roll them up and cut them into chunks... they are always a hit and I usually have no leftovers... these can be warmed up in the oven too until the chesse melts but they are really good cold too.....

for Thanksgiving dessert.. I always make trifle...

all it is is chocolate cake, pudding, cool whip and crunch bars and you just layer them in that order in a bowl.... also a big hit......

* for the pudding I mix 2 4 serving size instant chocolate puddings with 1 4 serving size vanilla pudding and with 4 and a bit cups of milk.... also you will need a couple of tubs of cool whip, maybe about 3 of the regular size... and about 4 regular size crunch bars or a bag of the mini ones... it helps to freeze the bars because they break easier...

for the cake I just use a cake mix and I bake it the night before in a 9 by 13 inch pan and then the next day I cut it into about 1 inch squares....
