I actually never recieved any NOAs, I think because I was living in Mexico with my fiance through the whole K1 process. (I've heard that USCIS doesn't send paperwork to the petitioner overseas?)

I do have, however, the email notification from the CRIS system that our I129f was approved. I plan on printing that off and sending it in. But will we get an RFE anyway? Has this ever happened before to anybody?

help?

You may get an RFE for the I-129F NOA2 letter.

You can apply for a replacement NOA2 by filing I-824 and paying a fee.

If living out of country you should use a US address probbably your US Domicile address like a parent or sibling's home as a "home" address for USCIS correspondence.

yeah, a little late for that. Does anybody know if the email notification from CRIS is enough or will I get an RFE?

Some have filed using that and had no problem, others have had USCIS issue an RFE, it is a ####### shoot. They can RFE for any required document not included in the package, copy of NOA2 is a required document.

Well, just send it in and hope for the best. I guess in the meantime you could file to have the NOA2 reissued.

Hi Monica. We never received a NOA2, either. What I did was write a short explanation in the covering letter of why I was not including it in the package. I included evidence to prove our attempts at obtaining one, along with related correspondence from USCIS. I also included the email notification from CRIS. I have yet to receive an RFE, however I have yet to receive the GC, either.
