Hey! You can add us to the list of transferees... We filed 1/29/07, NOA1 2/8/07, Biometrics 3/8/07, but I don't remember our exact transfer date - sorry! Our last touch so far has been 4/26/07 :whistle:

OK, so I am nervous! I was transfered to CSC on May 25th, and since I got that e-mail I have been touched like 5 times (three times in the past 4 days!!). Does this mean I'll get an RFE? I don't know what to think anymore! Anyone have any insight as to what might be happening?

It's hard to say what all those touches mean. It could mean that it's been moved from one desk to another, or looked at each time, it's really hard to say. Let's think positive...let's hope it means approval is forthcoming!!!!

I feel your pain. We have had nothing since a touch on Feb 14th.

Our case was transferred in October 2006....not a single touch until my husband's green card approval in May. Name check. That's most likely what's holding everyone up.

Received email that card was ordered.

8/02/06: Interview - Visa not recevied - put on AR "false hit" fingersprint check had to be done.

11/15/06: Called DHS to see if they had any info on my case - They advised security cleared in Oct. - now waiting for appt letter from CDJ for Visa Pickup. :)

11/27/06: recvd letter from CDJ - Appointment set for Jan 11, 2007

1/11/07: Visa received!!!!!

I didn't think they were either...hmm.

Either way, it's not dead. After Biometrics, they don't look at them again until your number is called. You'll notice that nearly everyone here has a lag time of about two months between biometrics and when the card production is ordered.

10/23/2006 - I-129F approved (97 days from CSC)

AOS

03/03/2007 - Married!

03/14/2007 - I-485 + I-765 sent

03/21/2007 - NOA1, Checks cashed

06/01/2007 - EAD card production e-mail received (74 days)

07/27/2007 - EAD RECEIVED (57 days after approval)

11/29/2007 - Infopass appointment - file was sent to a storage facility before it was finished processing.

05/28/2008 - Received AOS Interview notice

07/10/2008 - AOS Interview-APPROVED pending fingerprints
