What it means OTS deportation?

Did anyone see this post from the OP? She's not in the US right now. How can she deport a spouse if she's not even here?

possibility or maybe we both have , thats just the way i got it. So in comparing this to someone else, also based (on what), unless you know this other person did a fraud, sounds like someone owes someone else an apology for reporting

I interpreted it that the marriage was entered into in good faith by both parties (perhaps, or at least the OP) but ultimately the OP left the country and now they are only married legally but have no real marriage. So it's just a marriage on paper.

Either that or she is married to a paper doll. Not sure.

It's wrong for any of us to come to any conclusion without all the facts, but it is possible, even if the USC is outside the country to report to USCIS if the intentions of an alien to use a marriage solely for immigration benefit have become clear.

If the alien husband only wishes to remain married so he can receive a permanent green card it's not really against regulations. The statute clearly states that it is the intention upon entering the marriage that is critical. Frankly, as I read this post, there's no real reason to perpetuate the marriage in order for the alien to receive a green card. As soon as a divorce decree is available he can self-petition. Naturally, success would be relative to the sufficiency of documentation that the marriage was bonafide. My sense is that the OP is considering that because her husband has no intentions of sustaining the marriage beyond the point of adjudication of a jointly filed I-751, that this would constitute immigration fraud. I don't see it that way.

Diaddie, you appear to have missed certain points:

• the OP claims to be a USC located outside the US
  
• However, the OP also used a comma for decimal (common in Europe; in North America, used ONLY in Quebec and not always).
  • if she was born in the US, she would have been using a full-stop, not a comma (from long usage)
    
  • if naturalised, she would have been at least 3.5 years in US, and have written at least a few cheques (the vast majority of North Americans DON't understand European notations), which would still imply usage of full-stop over comma
    

  Simply put, it doesn't add-up correctly except to suggest that the OP is troll/jotun

HOPE-As you can see we have a lot of "comedians" around here. Also we have a lot of grammar nazis. lol.

I just want to say that I remember HOPE posting things in the past. She is not a troll. I wish people wouldn't assume someone is a troll just because their grammar or sentence structure isn't perfect. I have been around here for 3 years, and did see HOPE more actively posting in the past. Not a troll, IMO.
