05-04-2007 INTERVIEW!!!!!! - APPROVED! (Day 149)

05-10-2007 Visa received (Day 155)

05-17-2007 ARRIVED IN PHOENIX (Day 162)

06-04-2007 Received SSN in the mail

06-14-2007 Passed driving test and now have my license

Now 46% after only a few days, so it's progressing (like 1 per day).

Someone had commented that there ought to be fewer December cases. Probably not by much, though, because there are 51 December cases (here) vs. the 65 in November.

Incidentally, none of the December cases (here) have lucked out yet. I'm predicting that the earliest December filers will begin celebrating when the November cases are 75% exhausted.

Remember to update your timelines, November people :clock:

December (and January) filers might be interested to know that 40% of the cases created in November, 2006 are now past the NOA2 hurdle. This summary ignores the Vermont data; it applies to CSC, NSC and TSC cases--all of which are processed through CSC.

Why is the Vermont data ignored? :unsure:

Son's N-400 Timeline

08/14/2020 - Sent N-400 and I-912 waiver to TX lockbox

09/18/2020 - NOA via text

06/05/2021 - Notification of biometrics scheduled

09/17/2021 - Interview - decision cannot be made

11/24/2021 - Denial letter, 30 days to appeal

12/24/2021 - Appeal sent back with I-912 waiver

12/24/2021 - Motion to terminate deportation proceedings from 2013 filed

It is statistically unsound for maybe 75% of the members because they typically are so dayum fast. VSC'ers move along in the process and are not waiting and waiting and waiting..... I don't believe there any many if any November or December VSC filers left who have not been approved.

Nov. 24, 07 - sent petition I-129F[Nov. 30, 07 - NOA1( cash checked) after 3 touches

Feb. 15, 07 - NOA2(yayy were so happy)tnx God

March 01, 07 - NVC recieved our petition

March 06, 07 - Received letter from NVC(petition will be sent to Manila Embassy)
