Situation:

I mailed my I-90 with greencard back to CSC just over a month ago for correction as they had my gender wrong on the card. I just found out the "Resident since" date may also be wrong.

Is there any way to send info to be added to my current I-90 since it's still being processed? If so, what is the best way to go about it?

a: Phone USCIS and try get them to add the new information

b: Mail an attachment to the I-90 I already sent with the new info/problem to the same address I sent the I-90

c: Make an Infopass appointment and hope they can straighten it out

d: any other options?

If you mailed it to CSC, maybe it's a good idea to email them about it and ask what you should do. Calling uscis help line probably won't do much except wasting your time...

Thanks, do you by chance have the correct email address to send my inquiry to or know where I can find it quickly?

Thank you again Anastasia. :)

This is the email I sent:

To whom it may concern,

Forgive me if I have the incorrect email address and if I do I hope you can forward this to the correct one, but I have a question about the I-90 I filed with the California Service Center regarding an error on my Conditional Permanent Resident Card.

My name is FULL NAME and my A# is A*********.

I-90 Receipt #: WAC-**-***-*****

I-485 Receipt #: MSC-**-***-*****

The error on my Conditional Permanent Resident card was my gender. I filed the I-90 on January 18, 2006 to correct this and after consulting with another I believe the "Resident Since" date is incorrect also which would make the expiry date incorrect as well.

The card said Resident Since: 05/14/05. This date is the date I arrived in the US on a K1 Visa. I was told the date on my Permanent Resident Card should be the date my I-485 was approved. I do not know this date exactly as I received two emails with different dates. One on January 11, 2006 saying they sent out my card after I was approved and another on January 14, 2006 saying an approval notice was sent out. To add to my confusion, my Conditional Permanent Resident Card was attached to a letter dated 01/12/06, however the Welcome Notice letter date is January 13, 2006. As you can see, I am confused on which date is the actual approval date and along with the "Resident Since" date, unsure what date I should file to remove conditions.

What I would like to know is, is it possible for you to correct the date on my Conditional Permanent Resident Card along my gender with the currently filed I-90? If not, could you please tell me what I must to to correct the date and what that date should be?

Thank you for your time.
