Alright, I guess it's my turn to be pissed, freak out and what not.

I just called NVC and spoke to someone because my packages were delivered on the 22nd and 23rd, i.e. AOS and 230 respectively and the AVR still says its waiting for the Biographic Forms.

The lady on the phone said one of the packages was scanned into the system on the 25th but she can't say which one and the other one is still languishing in the mail room. Are they doing this on purpose? I mean come on already. It's been a week for cryin' out loud.

Pending our PAID status - I'm going to send the 230 in today..Fingers crossed. I am going over our checklist - We have the police clearance certificate but not the "passport office police certificate?" didn't see that anywhere on the govt checklist site...what is that!?!?!?

some countries require 2 police clearances. India is one of those. if you've not lived in india for 6 months or more, of continuous residence, DO NOT SWEAT THIS.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Just got my NOA2 today, thought I should head on over here.

Congrats! Now get ready, things start moving really fast. If you received the NOA2 hardcopy, start calling the NVC to get your case number. Then talk to an operator to give them your email addresses. From there, things start to fly. If you just got the text message, give it a couple of days, then start calling.

Ok, I am still not sure I should send an amended DS230. I dont have "best judgment" anymore. I dont know what to do. Maybe they will overlook it? Maybe? Or is that a big fat chance. Someone make this decision for me!
