Kinda disapointing to see no names on the bottom of that list have any interview dates scheduled. No interviews scheduled in Montreal(Minus Cndwife) Lets hope those names get dates soon!

Well...the second week of February starts on Feb 8th this year, so that means it's the closest it could have possibly been...

Sigh. My enthusiasm and optimism go down a touch each month that I do this. :P

I'm really on the fence as to whether or not I should plan a short trip to see my wife at the end of this month. In theory I should be one of the first to get scheduled in March. But I'm not sure I'm able to trust my optimism anymore...and I don't want to go more than three months without having seen my wife. Hmmm. Decisions, decisions!

Did you call Woking and see if a Medical could be schedualed, with regards to the Olympics and whatnot????

seriously NOT TRYING TO FREAK YOU OUT AT ALL... But you would THINK that knowing how important a medical is...some exceptions would be made????

Hmm.

Personally I would call and book for Feb 10th, if you don't have an interview scheduled in early Feb - just cancel?

Hey Trailmix! No interview date yet....but I must've given the wrong completion date - I actually finished November 25 (or thereabouts), not September! I was super excited for minute! :) But sooooo glad to see things seem to be moving along quicker for everyone!!!

Honestly, it looks like in February that NVC will schedule for November and possibly early December case completes. It makes me kind of mad though, my case complete was Nov 20, then they messed up, and had to reopen my file, so my case complete changed to Dec 4th. Maybe I'll get lucky like sdhiman XD!

I'm starting to think about gathering all info I need for the interview, whenever that may be. For the people that did the Electronic filing at NVC, in your interview letter does it mention that they need to see the original documents like the DS-230 or birth certificates, marriage certificates, etc? I don't want to miss anything.

We sent everything as scanned copies via email AND originals by hard copy (NVC wasn't really clear on what they wanted). For the interview, if we had duplicate "originals" (like certified copies of our marriage certificate from the court - as close to original as you can get), we took those with us. Otherwise we took the copies & swapped originals for copies.
