Happiness now!

:D

Your future is now.

Now now now now now!

I mean this: think about what you are doing to your tomorrows when you feel good now.

When you choose to stop listening to #######, to stop paying for and watching movies that makes you feel bad, when you start to feel good about other's successes and not jealous, when you choose your thoughts instead of letting them supposedly choose you (they don't), you get to choose HAPPINESS, JOY, good thoughts.

Imagine this:

feeling crappy about any thing or any one and what does that bring you more of?

Your tomorrow is full of your STORY.

Rewrite your program.

Rewrite your script.

Grab your own reigns.

We can all continue to blah blah blah, he did this and she said that and blah blah, and we have no control over blah blah.

It's a story.

Believe it and it becomes true.

I love this expression:

Believe it to see it.

Put ease into your experience.

There truly is no effort when you actually stop to think/feel about it, there is only you resisting what is.

And "what is" is a continually evolving thing.

Felling good is not a silly aspiration.

Feeling good is EVERYTHING!

It colours your world, your day to day experience.

Keep carrying that chip on your shoulder, that heavy load and see how the world responds to you.

Homework:

( I'm killing myself laughing as to some people's reactions on VJ....you know who you are, hee hee)

Just for fun smile at a stranger and give an anonymous gift.

It could be the smallest most inexpensive thing.

See how that makes you feel.

Tell someone something nice, sweet, kind.

Here, here's a personal analogy to how you affect your future with what you are thinking/feeling hence resonating outwards:

imagine water

a huge body of it

affect a small "portion" of it

what happens?

you are never simply affecting a portion of it because it is all ONE, one thing

That's life too...that's your future.

That is now...your future is now because there is only now.

Now now now now now.

Something for some of you to chew on.

Enjoy!

Let's raise the US's HQ (happiness quotient)!

But what about all the malcontents of the world? They are only happy when they are miserable. Does this still apply?

Great question!

The poor darlings just need to be tickled a little bit to get the ball rolling in a different direction.

Maybe tickled a lot!

I'm up for the job.

If it paid I'd be supremely wealthy.

Miserable people do have a purpose in life ...... to make the rest of us miserable.

And that's why they also usually live the longest ;)

 Seriously though - what you said has merit. There have been times in my life where I've taken a break from watching or reading the news. The major news media as well as advertisers feed off of people's anxieties and fears...as well as other emotions. However, as adults, we can filter through the sh!t and find the meaningful and important information. We don't have to tune out to find peace of mind. :)

Okay then, flip a bird and exit the scene.

They will get the loud message.

No time for negativity, the world is too wonder-full (yes spelled like that on purpose).

That is called voting with one's feet.

Yes.

It's work, but do-able work.

If we could not filter out shtuff, we would have all killed ourselves by now.

Either that or have taken vows of solitude and hidden in a cave or something.

The mainstream corporate media/news is all about fear.

It sells!

Unfortunately.

Just like people tend to slow down to see an accident after it happened.

And so, our path could be to seek out a way to get informed without all of that fear mongering.

Seriously it's about:

divide and conquer.

The more people are divided, the less community oriented we feel and the more fear we have about each other.

Hence...

And so, places like gated communities, etc. have reinforces that no one is safe, which is baloney.

Lock something and someone will try to steal it.

It's true!

Which brings me to many thoughts....another discussion perhaps.
