So, due to the date factor, does this mean that he admitted to using? Or was tested and the test ascertained that that was the exact date he'd used? I'm wondering...

THis is what I was thinking. I hope the applicant did not tell on himself. Never does any good.

Mrs H...all I can recommend now is that you two continue to be open and honest with each other about how you want your relationship to be. You're going to have to work out a visitation schedule that works for you all, and just to be honest, it's going to be SOOO difficult emotionally, especially the 1st year or so--but rest assured if the love that you two share is true, it can be done! IMO this will be a testament to the validity & strength of your relationship. And to be real with you, taking a break from VJ will do wonders for you emotionally. Well, it did for me. I took a break from here for almost 2 years...seeing the approvals and adjustments can be extremely difficult and make things worse IMO...I don't know, you'll just have to figure out what works/doesn't work for you. Hey Cara! How are the wedding plans coming? How's Richard and the babies? :star:

Thank you so much for all the advice, this is the morning after, and it still seems like a bad dream, at least the crying has stopped for now, this morning I am planing a trip to go see my hubby... I need to feel his touch, and to hold him to tell him it will be alright.

Mrs.Hamilton I am so sorry this happened to you. Very unfair. I wish you the best and God willing, things will work out as they should. Take care and God's blessing be with your and your family.

Dear Mrs Hamilton...i'm sorry to hear about this. Believe me ....very sorry.

Sorry more to report our denial as well. Several problems.....on the denial letter, they checked the box for 212(a)(1)..health related grounds, nothing more. (!????????????????????????) on another form, a BLUE SLIP.... they ask him to return with police certificate box checked and at the bottom handwritten: I-601, 2 G325a forms, hardship letter "suggested joint sponsor earning 70K+". that request makes me think they thought he was applying for his 2 17year old sons, which he is not doing....they'll be 18 before this is ever completed. SO...we wonder about the medical report, very worried....as he had to have a blood transfusion during the past year....also, the people at the Hope clinic are not cool..don't trust them, don't trust the report they sent, and since they won't provide copies to us...we are now retesting with a private doctor...God be merciful that they have made some grievous errors!! Still waiting on the expunged police record...for what it's worth.

So, i'm with you girl...and thinking of my next trip ASAP , and maybe TO hell with this whole "coming to America' ####### and go live with the love of my life ...cause it's all too short to give it all up to the bureaucrats.

So....here's a tip: Check out my friend D-Major on you tube...great song called Real Friends. Makes me feel good, makes me appreciate each of you out there on your journeys....most much happier than me and SisMrsH....Big up mi real friends! Trod on...............culture1
