I agree it's not worth debating as it is rediculous to say that someone is lying with no proof... plus once again why would they lie?

the same thing happend to me when I got my I-129f approved. some people called me a lier.

Maybe we are all on edge going through this process and proving yourself to every govermental agency like speed bumps in a parking lot except these mess with your lives and keep us away from our loved ones.

We received NOA1 on 1/7/05 and the NOA2 on 2/18/05 on an I-130, so it can happen. Of course things have changed lately, but you just never know! I really hope its true because our petition is back there a second time and this time we have been waiting for over 7 months. Any movement gives us all hope that there is an end in sight.

You have on your timeline that you received your RFE June 23 and returned it the same day. So I'm just a bit curious, what day CSC accepted your RFE?
