hi everyone me and my wife have a 2 month old baby girl.what is the steps to do for me to bring her to the states? i am a american citizen so what should i do?

Your child is a USC so you need to report her birth to the US Embassy in Manila and then obtain a US passport. All the information can be found here; http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwha003.html

Hi there. My fiance and I just did this a few months ago. Since your child is a USC you need to file a CRBA, (Consular Report of Birth Abroad). You will need to file a DS-2029 which you can download at the USEM website. There is a 65.00 fee for this. If you haven't already done so you need to get a certified copy of your child's birth certificate thru the NSO. This can take several weeks so I would do it right away. After you have the DS-2029 completed and have all the supporting documents send them to the embassy so they can schedule a CRBA interview. Once the interview is copmpleted they will send your child's U.S passport in approx. 2 to 3 weeks. It's really not that bad. Just make sure you have everything they ask for prior to the interview. Good luck to you guys.
